Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking customer payments and updating collection status reports
  • Support follow-up activities with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance and Portfolio) to resolve outstanding payment or documentation issues
  • Help prepare and organize documents such as invoices, contracts and collection summaries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in collection systems and shared trackers
  • Assist in analyzing payment trends or account issues under guidance from the team
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline collection workflows
