Requirements

  • University/Bachelor degree in a Supply Chain or Business discipline (other qualifications may be considered with appropriate work experience)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Customer service, supply-chain or sales
  • Functional competencies: SAP S&D Module, Empowered and self-starter, Project Management skills, Commercial, technical & financial knowledge, Presentation skills (face to face and virtual), Supply chain and logistics knowledge, Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse groups, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Power BI, Problem Solving & analytical Skills

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Account Management: Collaborate with Business Units and bottlers to ensure plant supply is guaranteed on-time in full, costs are optimised, support Perfect Order Metric, and analyse gaps to Tier 1 Metric
  • Demand Management: Gather & analyse forecast information, engage & collaborate with bottling partners to validate and improve plant forecast accuracy through concentrate demand routines
  • Inventory management: Monitor, analyse and take mitigation actions based on aging stock reports, in association with internal departments, Business Units, and customers
  • Business planning & New Business Models: Work with Demand Specialists, Budgeting & Planning Financial Managers, business units, and customers to build & validate sales volume estimates for business plans; work with internal & external teams on supply point shifts (planned & BCP activations), managing project timelines and bottler needs for smooth transitions
  • End-to-end value creation: Support digital transformation on key business processes, identify productivity & cost-saving opportunities, deploy key changes, utilise project management techniques, influencing, and presentation skills to deliver value creation opportunities
  • Manage Unique Business Requirements: Understand customer requirements in detail, monitor, assess, and implement changes working closely with relevant function experts
  • Support and work closely with the Customer Franchise Manager in developing relationships, identifying, and implementing end-to-end Supply Chain Solutions and improvements that maximise value to the system
