Enterprise Account Executive, Growth (Remote, Toronto)

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in account executive or account management roles, demonstrating a strong track record of closing deals and exceeding sales quotas. They should have a desire to join a high-growth software startup in a fully remote environment, and experience selling developer and/or technical products, particularly within a product-led growth (PLG) motion. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have experience presenting to senior managers and executives, and familiarity with sales tools such as Gong.
The Customer Account Executive will be responsible for building a credible pipeline each quarter through engagement with clients on upsells and renewals, owning an upsell and renewal number across their accounts, educating customers on the value of Tailscale, generating short-term results while maintaining annual pipeline coverage, providing accurate weekly forecasting and revenue delivery, and creating mutual action/success plans with customers to help them evaluate and expand their usage of the Tailscale product, collaborating with Sales Engineering, support, and customer success teams to drive positive outcomes.
