Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services

Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies

Responsibilities

Oversee the extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading of master and transactional data from legacy SAP and non-SAP systems into the target SAP S/4HANA environment, leveraging tools such as SAP Data Migration Cockpit and SNP
Define and execute data validation and reconciliation processes, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements
Lead data migration activities during cutover, including final data loads, validation, issue resolution, and hypercare support post go-live
Maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes, mapping specifications, test results, and issue logs. Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to program leadership
Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and develop solutions aligned with business objectives
Ensure applications are optimized for performance and usability
Engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while maintaining focus on quality and efficiency
