Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements, guide development, and ensure applications meet business needs
Engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application performance and user experience
Act as a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience
Demonstrate influencing and advisory skills
Engage with multiple teams and take responsibility for team decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and business areas
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Mentor junior professionals, guiding them in best practices and application development methodologies
