Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll
Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll and SAP HCM Time Management
Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Payroll
Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management functionalities
Hands-on experience in leading SAP HCM implementation projects
Expertise in international Payroll
Good knowledge of Payroll and Time Management PCR’s and Schema
Experience working with security team on Authorise & Role of HR
At least 3 to 4 SAP Payroll implementation project experience
Experience in support projects, HRSP/SPS, and CLC upgrades
Knowledge of handling upgrades, year-end activities, and data migration
15 years full-time education
Excellent analytical, presentation, and soft skills including communication
Confident in communicating and presenting solutions to key stakeholders
Open to picking up new modules or roles

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact and oversee the project
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead the team in project planning and execution
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
Evaluate, develop, and deploy reliable and efficient Payroll and Time solutions for complex business and legal requirements
Define system requirements in collaboration with project delivery teams and business partners
Create detailed functional specifications
Perform system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, and deployment
Liaise with business owners to diagnose problems with existing SAP Payroll and Time solutions
