Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years in customer service and/or order management
  • Proficiency in using Oracle systems for order entry processing and proven experience in complex order management and issue resolution
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Process custom orders and handle them in line with company policy and systems, following through to shipment, ensuring a quality of service (primarily including milestone payment orders, pre-payment processing, customized bioprocess solutions (CBS), FastTrak, Enterprise, VanRx, BPS, PASS and free of charge approved orders)
  • Ensure billings are completed appropriately in line with Cytiva’s revenue recognition policies as well as in line with each unique milestone contract’s payment terms
  • Meet with Enterprise Project Managers on a regular basis to support their order-to-remittance questions and take actions as required on open project orders
  • Work closely with FastTrak training teams to bill projects based on each customer’s contract terms, as well as an understanding of basic finance and billing practices
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging DBS tools to identify process gaps and implement preventive measures in the complex specialty order process
