Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications
Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and producing/reviewing estimates for client work requests
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application architecture
