- Ability to ensure clean and sanitary facilities according to company safety procedures, guidelines, and federal, state, and local laws/regulations (e.g., OSHA, state health department)
- Knowledge or ability to perform cleaning tasks: wearing PPE, emptying waste/recycle bins, dusting, sweeping, wet mopping, stripping/waxing floors, cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms/showers, vacuuming/spot-cleaning carpets, cleaning electronic devices (e.g., microwaves), windows, air conditioner ducts, ceiling tiles, and identifying/reacting to additional cleaning needs
- Ability to assist in facility support: setting up rooms for events, minor maintenance/repairs, collecting/transporting recyclables, disassembling/cleaning drug dispensers, reporting issues (e.g., leaks, outages)
- Ability to complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborating with managers/co-workers/customers/partners, identifying priorities/deadlines/expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/feedback/difficulties
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics/integrity standards, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy
- Availability for evening shift: 5 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday-Friday, in Bentonville, AR (no remote)
Responsibilities
- Ensure clean and sanitary facilities (offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) per safety procedures/guidelines/laws by performing specified cleaning tasks and reacting to needs
- Assist in facility support: set up rooms for events, perform minor maintenance/repairs, collect/transport recyclables, disassemble/clean drug dispensers, report facility issues to management
- Complete work assignments and priorities through collaboration, communication, adaptation, and improvement recommendations
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics/integrity standards
