Responsibilities

Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of a high-performing culinary team
Lead, coach, and inspire associates to exceed performance expectations and uphold positive team culture

Represent Sur La Table’s brand by creating memorable, educational experiences to inspire repeat visits and loyalty

Analyze key performance metrics daily and optimize store performance
Meet or exceed culinary program goals (e.g., second-class sign-ups, retail culinary sales, guest feedback)

Properly handle tools, ingredients, and kitchen equipment for safe, efficient environment
Maintain accurate inventory, minimize shrink, and control supply/culinary expenses
