The Culinary Lead will model and direct employees to meet customer service standards, deliver and hold employees accountable for exceptional cooking class experiences, contribute to a training environment for culinary staff, maintain sanitary conditions, ensure food safety standards are met, communicate and enforce Sur La Table policies and procedures, provide coaching and performance feedback, increase sales and execute sales plans, anticipate and solve problems, stay informed about product knowledge and training, and partner with various departments as needed.
