Requirements

  • Master's / Bachelor degree or higher
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in Imaging equipment sales/marketing/clinical operations
  • Director-level experience
  • Fluent English communication skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as CT product subject matter expert and technical liaison to the sales organization to strengthen technical capabilities, customer relationships, and drive business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver Korea zone strategies for CT modality, considering competitive approaches and local market dynamics
  • Develop and manage regional collaboration and reference sites for the CT segment; own relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region
  • Advise and influence CT tender technical specs by consulting hospital Radiologists, Technologists, CT Radiographers, BME, etc
  • Act as focal point for Sales team: identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination, and specialty training requests
  • Develop commercial strategy, product-positioning, pricing, configuration; drive share growth and go-to-market strategy for CT portfolio, including product positioning, catalog activation, pricing, training, pilot site support, and adapting to market needs
  • Own product marketing activities for Korea
  • Provide comprehensive and continuous sales training and collect detailed competitive intelligence for effective objection handling
  • Deliver high-quality customer presentations supporting CT value propositions
  • Provide CT product and technical support to PSS, Zone, Sales Leader – Imaging, Account managers, and channel partners
  • Provide data to Sales teams with competitive intel/analysis (strengths/weaknesses) and create defend/push collators
  • Break into Academic & strategic accounts by demonstrating technology leadership in the segment
  • Facilitate effective communication & collaboration within the Zone/Product matrix organization; share and follow-up identified leads to other product lines within own accounts or One GEHC accounts
  • Work closely with Clinical Marketing and Education team to generate relevant clinical evidence and marketing programs for the segment
  • Shape, implement, and execute CT business strategy for equipment and service in Korea to drive market share gain and profitable growth
  • Collaborate with International/Global modality and product leaders, Zone General Manager, Imaging Sales Leaders, and Service commercial Leaders to deliver Imaging Orders, Sales, Contribution Margin, and Market Share
  • Act as Korea voice to INTL/Global Modality team to reflect local market needs and secure global support
  • Lead CT Korea team (PSS and Applications Specialists), ensuring alignment of sales strategy, clinical excellence, customer training, and post-sales support
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and career development for PSS and Apps teams; foster culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability aligned with CT business objectives
