Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions, deepen relationships by listening to needs, asking questions, and guiding to appropriate financial solutions
Follow up on customer questions, find solutions to issues, and maintain responsive, timely correspondence
Maintain confidentiality of customer business and follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to ensure efficient office operations
Maintain a balancing record in line with policy, correct outages, and enlist help as needed
Stay knowledgeable on bank policies, financial center procedures, and updates
Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to leadership
Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making, abiding by guidelines and procedures
Identify customer needs during interactions and outreach, refer to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations
Build and maintain knowledge of Retail products and services
Utilize tools for tracking referrals to personal bankers and business partners
Be accountable for risk management by exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, following policies, and driving positive customer experiences
Perform other duties as assigned
