Responsibilities

Deepen relationships and treat customers with genuine care by listening to their needs, asking questions, and guiding them to financial solutions
Provide follow-up to customer questions and find solutions to address issues
Be responsive and timely with correspondence to maintain clear communication
Maintain confidentiality of all customer business and follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to maintain efficient office operations
Maintain a balancing record in line with policy, correct outages, and enlist help as needed
Stay up to date on bank policies and financial center procedures
Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to leadership
Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making, abiding by guidelines and procedures
Identify customer needs during interactions and outreach, referring to Bankers and business partners
Build and maintain knowledge of Retail products and services
Utilize tools for tracking referrals to personal bankers and business partners
Perform other duties as assigned
