Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Leads and mentors CSR team members, providing guidance on complex freight coordination and customer service issues
  • Oversees high-priority shipments and escalated freight problems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations
  • Analyzes workflow and recommends process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
  • Serves as primary liaison for key accounts and escalated carrier negotiations
  • Directs and coordinates activities for documentation and routing of outgoing and incoming freight, including bills of lading, customs forms, invoices, and other shipping documents
  • Ensures timely and accurate shipment and receipt of goods to avoid delivery delays or losses
  • Communicates with carriers, brokers, yard jockeys, and security to maintain alignment on appointments and trailer placement
  • Investigates and resolves escalated complaints regarding lost or damaged merchandise or shipment shortages
  • Maintains accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods and monitors compliance with safety and regulatory standards
