Responsibilities

The CSR/Teller will provide excellent customer service in all interactions, referring customers to appropriate business partners for consultative conversations and maintaining a balancing record in line with bank policy. They will also handle customer problems with professionalism, maintain confidentiality, follow Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and perform daily office responsibilities while identifying and managing risks.
