Requirements

8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale implementations and complex cross-functional initiatives both within and outside of Salesforce
Knowledge and experience in leading greenfield implementations, building scalable systems, processes, and integrations from the ground up in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs) and a deep understanding of CRM processes, including Sales, Marketing, and Service environments
Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex programs beyond Salesforce, with experience in managing teams across diverse disciplines (e.g., product development, engineering, operations)
Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other business systems, leveraging iPaaS tools, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency across departments
Strategic vision and business acumen, with the ability to think strategically, balance technical execution with business outcomes, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the business
Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect) are highly desirable

Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced Salesforce solutions (e.g., Marketing Automation, CDP, Service Cloud) that scale with business growth and align with long-term strategy
Oversee complex integrations between Salesforce and other key business systems, ride-hailing platforms, and external third-party services
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines across Salesforce projects to ensure high-quality and efficient execution
Lead and manage large, multidisciplinary programs spanning beyond Salesforce, working with teams in product development, engineering, operations, and customer experience to drive business transformation
Continuously monitor and enhance Salesforce performance while identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems across the organization
Ensure that Salesforce and other integrated systems meet security, compliance, and data governance standards, particularly in an industry dealing with autonomous vehicles and sensitive data
Lead initiatives to scale operations effectively, introducing automation and process improvements across various departments to support company growth
Champion innovation and transformation by staying ahead of industry trends in Salesforce and autonomous technology, bringing forward-thinking solutions to drive change
