The Credit Specialist should have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or financial sector, and possess strong analytical and detail-oriented skills with an approach focused on solutions. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an attitude towards working in a dynamic environment, and knowledge of regulations related to credit, along with the ability to stay updated on sector evolutions.
The Credit Specialist will interact with customers for debt recovery, analyze customer financial situations and propose personalized and sustainable payment plans, support customers facing financial difficulties by identifying solutions through dedicated tools, collaborate with internal teams and external entities (e.g., debt recovery agencies) for effective credit management, manage communications and requests through dedicated systems, monitor sector regulations and apply best practices for compliant and transparent management, and find the best solution by agreeing on adequate repayment plans.
