Position Overview

Madhive is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Creative Production Associate to join our creative production team. This role is ideal for a self-starter eager to learn about the digital advertising space and contribute to a creative team. You will collaborate with designers and support the delivery of high-quality creative products for our partners, ranging from small businesses to large advertisers, making programmatic ad buying accessible to all.


Responsibilities

  • Support designers, copywriters, and operations personnel in the delivery of creative ads.
  • Handle day-to-day communications between internal and external teams and partners.
  • Perform Quality Assurance on creative products.
  • Work with team leads to manage daily deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Slack.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task.
  • Genuine interest in the digital marketing and advertising industry.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Experience working with designers.
  • Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Eagerness to take on ownership.
  • Familiarity with SMART Goals and OKRs.
  • Experience with ClickUp.
  • Knowledge of project management systems.
