Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic development across brand, communications, and creative campaigns—delivering powerful, insight-driven platforms that drive business and brand impact
  • Stretch thinking into business strategy—identifying commercial opportunities, shaping positioning, and advising clients on broader growth, innovation, and transformation challenges
  • Act as a senior strategic partner to clients—building trusted relationships, challenging their thinking, and helping them navigate complexity with clarity and conviction, including attending briefing sessions, running workshops, and spending time in their offices
  • Translate cultural, consumer, and category insights into sharp strategic perspectives and creative briefs that spark exceptional creative work
  • Inspire and mentor junior strategists—setting the standard for strategic excellence, growing capability across the team, and fostering a culture of curiosity, rigour, and creativity
  • Bring energy and ambition to every challenge—actively contributing to new business, pitching, and expanding strategic scopes with existing clients
  • Craft compelling award entries (e.g., Effies, Marketing Awards) that clearly articulate the strategic thinking, creative impact, and business results
  • Work closely with creative teams from the start—helping shape the idea, providing strategic clarity and inspiration, and staying close through the process
  • Collaborate seamlessly with agency and external partners (e.g., media, digital, design, PR) to ensure integrated thinking and shared vision
