Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary design team across UX, UI, Game Design, Level Design, and Economy Design
  • Own the creative vision for the product area, aligning design strategy with business and product objectives
  • Champion a player-centric design culture, balancing usability, fun, and clarity in all game experiences
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Marketing to shape and validate features that drive player value and business impact
  • Drive consistency, cohesion and excellence in design execution across monetisation and core gameplay scope
  • Support design tooling, process improvements, and design systems that enable quality and efficiency at scale
  • Mentor and grow the creative team through coaching, feedback, and development planning
  • Collaborate with other design leaders across Soda and King to evolve creative practices and ensure alignment with broader strategies
  • Own key aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and team health
