8 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, including at least 2–3 successful CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) project implementations
4 years’ experience overseeing full project life-cycle implementations, from blueprint through go-live and post-go-live support
Experience in preparing project plans, delivery schedules, release management strategies, RACI matrices, budget estimates, and structuring project teams
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, including hyper care, upgrades, and enhancements
Understand and resolve technical obstacles for teams and lead decision-making on technical solutions
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget; monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors; effectively manage expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues
Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and are in compliance with established methodologies and best practices (e.g., ASAP, Agile, Activate)
