Two (2) years of general clerical or administrative experience (post-secondary education may substitute on a year-for-year basis)
Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish/English
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Skill in the use of computer applications including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software
Skill in written and verbal communication to convey information effectively
Skill in providing exemplary customer service
Skill in the preparation of statistical reports
Ability to learn policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the Court
Ability to respond courteously to concerns of the public, attorneys, and employees
Ability to use effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks at one time
Ability to excel in a high volume and time-sensitive work environment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
Ability to understand and accurately brief oral and written instructions

Responsibilities
Delivers excellent customer service while answering a high volume of calls from internal and external customers
Receives and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
