Responsibilities

Responsible for managing revenue generation and operations for multiple branch offices in a broadly defined geographic area/region where title operations and escrow transactions are conducted
Influences the development and implementation of strategic goals and ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff
Implements operational efficiency improvements which may include, but are not limited to, standardization of systems, quality control, safety, site selection, facility design, and customer satisfaction
Manages multiple offices and implements processes and strategies
Manage and develop all area title, escrow and support staff
Typically, multiple Branch Managers report into this role but may have other functions as well (Escrow and Title Operations, Sales, etc)
Planning oriented role; communicates and implements goals, objectives and work standards
Responsible for employee development, performance management and staffing levels
Applies policies and procedures that comply with regulatory and statutory guidelines, rules, and standards
Plans, organizes, administers, reviews, and evaluates the activities of professional, technical, and support staff
Directs the selection of staff and provides for their training and professional development to maintain effective morale, productivity, and discipline
