Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing revenue generation and operations for multiple branch offices in a broadly defined geographic area/region where title operations and escrow transactions are conducted
  • Influences the development and implementation of strategic goals and ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff
  • Implements operational efficiency improvements which may include, but are not limited to, standardization of systems, quality control, safety, site selection, facility design, and customer satisfaction
  • Manages multiple offices and implements processes and strategies
  • Manage and develop all area title, escrow and support staff
  • Typically, multiple Branch Managers report into this role but may have other functions as well (Escrow and Title Operations, Sales, etc)
  • Planning oriented role; communicates and implements goals, objectives and work standards
  • Responsible for employee development, performance management and staffing levels
  • Applies policies and procedures that comply with regulatory and statutory guidelines, rules, and standards
  • Plans, organizes, administers, reviews, and evaluates the activities of professional, technical, and support staff
  • Directs the selection of staff and provides for their training and professional development to maintain effective morale, productivity, and discipline
