Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical/medical or business/economic field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and people management, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver business growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales and market share in line with agreed targets
  • Monitor market dynamics, healthcare budgets, reimbursement legislation, and competitor activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure alignment of local plans with regional and global strategies
  • Lead and develop the local organization, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Manage P&L, control costs, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and Abbott standards
  • Drive consultative sales processes and support cross-divisional collaboration
  • Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and business insights to regional leadership
