Responsibilities

As a Corporate Travel Associate III, the role involves coordinating and reserving all aspects of domestic and international travel, researching travel costs to reduce expenses, ticketing and exchanging reservations, communicating travel requirements, handling complex itineraries, ensuring travel policy compliance, assisting with meeting planning needs, negotiating contract rates, acquiring missing invoices, and answering calls in a call center environment. The position is fully remote for candidates in the United States and requires working Monday-Friday between 10am and 7pm EST.
