The Corporate Manager, Procurement & Cost Analysis will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts and agreements for the Hospitality Group, focusing on cost-saving initiatives. They will coordinate and manage projects, working closely with corporate and field management to drive cost efficiencies and maintain vendor relations. This role involves maintaining contracts, communicating with stakeholders, negotiating with vendors, establishing strategic purchasing programs, and monitoring vendor performance. Additionally, the position will focus on utility rates, contracts, and market conditions, while continuously seeking opportunities to create revenue streams and improve GOP.
