Responsibilities

Diverse overeenkomsten opstellen en nakijken (samenwerkingsovereenkomsten, dienstverleningsovereenkomsten, IT-contracten, huurovereenkomsten), in overleg met collega’s en stakeholders
Nieuwe wetgeving opvolgen, analyseren en vertalen naar bruikbare adviezen en implementaties binnen Liantis
Juridische adviezen formuleren in aansprakelijkheidsdossiers, in samenwerking met kenniscentrum en interne partners
Ondersteuning bieden aan de chief legal & risk officer bij overeenkomsten en dossiers met strategisch karakter
Intensief contact onderhouden met de business en juridische vragen pragmatisch en bedrijfsgericht benaderen
Betwistingen opvolgen en optreden als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe partners
Rapporteren aan de teamlead legal en bijdragen aan de juridische slagkracht van Liantis
Ambassadeur zijn van de organisatie en waarden uitdragen
