Responsibilities

  • Diverse overeenkomsten opstellen en nakijken (samenwerkingsovereenkomsten, dienstverleningsovereenkomsten, IT-contracten, huurovereenkomsten), in overleg met collega’s en stakeholders
  • Nieuwe wetgeving opvolgen, analyseren en vertalen naar bruikbare adviezen en implementaties binnen Liantis
  • Juridische adviezen formuleren in aansprakelijkheidsdossiers, in samenwerking met kenniscentrum en interne partners
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan de chief legal & risk officer bij overeenkomsten en dossiers met strategisch karakter
  • Intensief contact onderhouden met de business en juridische vragen pragmatisch en bedrijfsgericht benaderen
  • Betwistingen opvolgen en optreden als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe partners
  • Rapporteren aan de teamlead legal en bijdragen aan de juridische slagkracht van Liantis
  • Ambassadeur zijn van de organisatie en waarden uitdragen
