Responsibilities

  • Assist with all legal matters required by the business and its affiliated companies in Germany
  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance and commercial contracts
  • Advise on legal requirements, amendments to general terms and conditions, and German law guidance for group-wide projects
  • Participate in European legal team supporting the German business and its affiliates
  • Review analyses, draft, and negotiate legal documents, including agreements and contract negotiations
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters
  • Maintain and update standard contract templates
  • Advise on new products and services, ensuring organizational readiness and compliance
  • Attend design and project management meetings
  • Draft new contracts and amendments to existing contracts
