Requirements
- Law (Doctorate) degree from a recognized law school
- Maintenance of qualification and admission to the Bar throughout employment
- 6 years of relevant professional experience, with in-house experience preferred
- Negotiation skills

Responsibilities
- Assist with all legal matters required by the business and its affiliated companies in Germany
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance and commercial contracts
- Advise on legal requirements, amendments to general terms and conditions, and German law guidance for group-wide projects
- Participate in European legal team supporting the German business and its affiliates
- Review analyses, draft, and negotiate legal documents, including agreements and contract negotiations
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters
- Maintain and update standard contract templates
- Advise on new products and services, ensuring organizational readiness and compliance
- Attend design and project management meetings
- Draft new contracts and amendments to existing contracts
