Responsibilities

Assist with all legal matters required by the business and its affiliated companies in Germany
Provide legal advice on corporate governance and commercial contracts
Advise on legal requirements, amendments to general terms and conditions, and German law guidance for group-wide projects
Participate in European legal team supporting the German business and its affiliates
Review analyses, draft, and negotiate legal documents, including agreements and contract negotiations
Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters
Maintain and update standard contract templates
Advise on new products and services, ensuring organizational readiness and compliance
Attend design and project management meetings
Draft new contracts and amendments to existing contracts
