Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth across the Coronary portfolio, focusing on Interventional Cardiologists
  • Ensure the assigned region meets or exceeds sales and profitability objectives
  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, and PCIO Territory Managers
  • Achieve sales targets for the full Coronary portfolio including atherectomy, carotid, PCIO, DES, base coronary, and future products
  • Increase market share within the assigned region and influence hospital stakeholders
  • Develop commercial sales strategy in alignment with marketing strategy for best-in-class sales execution
  • Deliver business results through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management
  • Manage customer relationships including targeting, onboarding, contracting, clinical support, pricing management, KOL management, and conflict resolution
  • Handle planning, forecasting, expense management, reporting, and sales process adherence
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, sales management, and reporting systems
  • Negotiate contracts with hospital customers and implement company policies for the team
