Candidates should possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate a willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direct instruction. They should also have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk throughout the studio, along with a preference for prior sales experience and MBO experience.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager, generating sales, promoting the studio, and delivering a positive client experience by embodying the CORE acronym – connecting, opening up connections, recognizing efforts, and educating. This includes interacting with clients, obtaining and addressing their needs, maintaining product knowledge, performing system tasks, assisting with daily operations, and communicating studio issues and changes. Additionally, the role requires responding to client emails, following up with client lists to meet sales quotas, and promptly addressing maintenance or equipment issues, while also notifying management of any complaints or grievances.
