Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio. They should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and careful attention to detail, along with a willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction. One year of sales experience is preferred, and experience with MBO systems is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Core Crew member will be responsible for bringing the CORE acronym to life by connecting with clients, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts in class, milestones, and achievements, and educating them about offers and thanking them for coming. They will regularly interact with clients, obtain and assess information on their needs and expectations, and respond to requests and concerns effectively. This role also involves maintaining product knowledge for studio retail operations, performing routine client-facing system tasks, assisting the Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches in daily operations, keeping the studio clean, communicating studio issues and changes to clients, following up with client lists to meet sales quotas, responding to client emails, and alerting coaches about client milestones. Additionally, they will address maintenance and equipment issues, and follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota.
