Commercial Account Manager

Candidates must possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate a willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direct supervision. They should also be able to lift up to 30 pounds and walk throughout the studio, along with having at least one year of sales experience and prior experience with MBO systems.
The Core Crew member will provide front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager, including welcoming clients, promoting the studio, delivering a positive experience, and generating sales. They will regularly interact with clients, assess their needs and expectations, respond to requests and concerns, maintain product knowledge, perform system tasks such as scheduling and account management, assist with daily operations, notify management of complaints, address maintenance issues, follow up with client lists, respond to emails, and alert coaches about client milestones. Additionally, they will support the Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches in maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment and completing other assigned tasks or projects.
