Candidates should possess a high school education, some college preferred, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and the ability to walk through all areas of the studio. They should also be willing to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours, and have at least one year of sales experience preferred, along with MBO experience preferred.
The Core Crew member will provide front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager, contributing to [solidcore]’s success by generating sales, promoting the studio, and delivering a positive experience with professionalism and patience. They will be responsible for bringing the CORE acronym to life by connecting with clients, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts, and educating about offers, while regularly interacting with clients, obtaining information on their needs and satisfaction, responding to requests, maintaining product knowledge, performing system tasks, assisting with daily operations, communicating studio issues and changes, and following up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas. They will also respond to client emails and alert coaches about client milestones, setting up the celebration board, and addressing maintenance or equipment issues that are visible to clients.
