Candidates must possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate a willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direct supervision. They should also have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk throughout the studio, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours. One year of sales experience and MBO experience are preferred qualifications.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for bringing [solidcore]’s client experience acronym, CORE, to life by connecting with clients, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts, educating about offers, and thanking them for coming. They will regularly interact with clients, assess their needs and expectations, and promptly address their requests and concerns, maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, perform routine client-facing system tasks, assist the Head Coach Community Manager and coaches in daily operations, notify management of complaints, address maintenance issues, follow up with client lists, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones. Furthermore, they will contribute to meeting monthly sales quotas and supporting the studio’s overall success.
