Candidates should possess a high school education, some college preferred, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours. One year of sales experience is preferred, along with MBO experience and a passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for bringing [solidcore]’s client experience acronym, CORE, to life by connecting with clients, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts in class, milestones, and achievements, and educating about offers and thanking them for coming. They will regularly interact with clients, obtain and assess information on client needs and expectations, and respond to client requests and concerns promptly and effectively. This role also involves maintaining product knowledge for studio retail operations, performing routine client-facing system tasks, assisting the Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches in daily operations, keeping the studio clean, notifying management of complaints, and following up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas. Finally, the Core Crew member will respond to client emails and alert coaches about client milestones.

These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards. Solidcore generates revenue through class bookings, memberships, and merchandise sales, aiming to make its services accessible to a wide audience while ensuring steady growth in the health and wellness market.
