Candidates must possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk throughout the studio. Previous sales experience for one year is preferred, along with MBO experience, and a passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager, including welcoming clients, connecting with the community, recognizing efforts, educating clients about offers, and responding to client needs and concerns promptly. They will maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, perform routine client-facing system tasks, assist with daily operations, notify management of complaints, and follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas, while also responding to client emails and alerting coaches about client milestones. Furthermore, they will address maintenance issues and follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota.
