Commercial Account Executive

Candidates should possess a high school education, some college preferred, and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio. They should also have at least one year of sales experience and prior experience with MBO systems, along with a passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.
The Core Crew member will provide front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager, generating sales, promoting the studio, and delivering a positive experience to clients. This includes warmly welcoming clients, connecting with the community, recognizing efforts, educating about offers, and promptly addressing client needs and concerns. They will maintain product knowledge, perform system tasks, assist with daily operations, notify management of complaints, follow up with client lists, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones. Additionally, they will address maintenance issues, follow up with client lists, and respond to client emails, ultimately meeting monthly sales quota.
