Candidates should possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio. They should also have at least one year of sales experience and prior experience with MBO systems, along with a passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager, including greeting clients with a warm welcome, opening connections to the community, recognizing efforts in class, educating about offers, and responding to client needs and concerns promptly. They will also regularly interact with clients to obtain information on their needs and expectations, maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, perform routine client-facing system tasks, assist with daily operations, notify management of complaints, and follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones.
