Candidates must possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio. They should also have at least one year of sales experience and experience with MBO systems, along with a passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager, including welcoming clients, connecting with them, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts in class, educating about offers, and responding to client requests and concerns promptly and effectively. They will also regularly interact with clients to obtain and assess information on their needs and satisfaction, maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, perform routine client-facing system tasks, assist with daily studio operations, notify management of complaints, address maintenance issues, follow up with client lists, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones while meeting monthly sales quota.
