Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the writing and development of rich product related content within a professional English-speaking environment, along with experience working within creative or content agencies and delivering B2B projects. A passion for new technology, digital trends, creativity and creative technology, and understanding of AI tools is beneficial, but the ability to learn and digest the benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
The Copywriter will be responsible for copy development and adaptation, research (including sourcing existing product content, SEO, SOV, etc.), and supporting the build of digital platforms by improvising upon existing, approved content into build briefing documents and copy sheets. Specific responsibilities include developing clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various platforms, adapting content to align with content strategy and brand guidelines, completing content briefing documents, performing quality assurance (QA) checks on marketing materials, supporting research for product content, implementing SEO best practices for 3m.com experiences, and handling general administrative tasks related to content management. They will also be expected to provide constructive feedback regarding marketing activities outside their primary area of responsibility and question current strategies.
