Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Analyst. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools is required, along with experience in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.
The Salesforce Solutions Analyst will serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert for Salesforce, focusing on Sales Cloud strategy and best practices. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals, building custom components, gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting solutions, designing and implementing seamless integrations, monitoring and optimizing platform performance, ensuring data governance and security standards, and working closely with QA to validate solution reliability.
