Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, and/or copywriting within a fast-paced technology company
  • 3+ years of experience designing and maintaining voice, tone, and content strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to transform complex and technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language
  • Experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders such as designers, product managers, and user researchers
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment with evolving constraints
  • Ability to share a portfolio containing UX writing and/or content samples

Responsibilities

  • Evolving Dia’s unique voice: Design and maintain Dia’s distinctive copywriting voice across a variety of channels including: in-app, website, email, social media, educational content
  • Member communications: Lead member updates, release notes, and product education emails — including project management, content design, image generation alongside copywriting
  • Social copywriting: Across long and short form content on key social channels
  • Streamline new features copywriting processes: Establish processes around new features copywriting — from in-app copy, to launch copy, and help center documentation
  • Evolve our Style Guide: Develop and contribute our writing style guide
  • Evolve Talent Brand: Design the narrative and standards for our employer brand across all assets—careers page, Substack, social, events—and elevate how we attract exceptional talent
  • Maintain deadlines while holding the bar: Operate on a clear content timeline, sharing expectations for both drafts and final deliverables. Build trust with the team by maintaining deadlines at the required content bar
