Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked space
Handle meal orders, restocking provisions, and managing office supplies
Coordinate mail, deliveries, and communications with vendors
Manage inventory and orders for the US team's goodies and baby onesies
Collaborate with the on-site team to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
Co-chair the Montreal Social Club, creating and organizing fun and engaging events for the local team
Provide on-site support for team special weeks and other departments as needed
Provide support to other departments and remote offices as needed
Support employee onboarding and offboarding logistics: setting up welcome desks, coordinating NDAs, access, etc
Manage visitor check-ins, desk assignments, and workspace access needs
Ensure the workspace is personalized, professional, and aligned with company culture
