Responsibilities

  • Coordinar las actividades del programa Club Elite en cada show, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos y estándares de calidad
  • Supervisar la correcta ejecución de citas de negocio y actividades de networking
  • Apoyar al equipo en la ejecución de tareas, definiendo objetivos y brindando retroalimentación
  • Colaborar en la identificación y prospección de nuevos compradores y nichos de mercado
  • Ejecutar campañas de mailing, llamadas y visitas para atraer perfiles estratégicos
  • Apoyar en la negociación con cámaras y asociaciones sectoriales
  • Ejecutar calendarios de comunicación y envíos de email marketing, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento de tiempos
  • Coordinar con agencias de viaje, transporte y proveedores de software para garantizar la logística del programa y la calidad en la experiencia de los asistentes
  • Apoyar la planificación y ejecución de actividades diferenciadas para participantes del programa Club Elite
  • Dar seguimiento a entregables y requerimientos operativos con proveedores
  • Coordinar acciones con áreas internas como Show Managers, Marketing, Ventas, Registro, Operaciones y Customer Experience
