Requirements

3+ years of experience in a similar role involving data analysis, process improvement, or operations automation
Proficiency in SQL with demonstrated ability to query, manipulate, and analyze data sets
Hands-on experience with Looker and BigQuery for dashboarding and reporting
Strong coding experience (Python or other scripting languages preferred)

Responsibilities

Apply project and program management skills to implement new initiatives that enhance efficiency and address operational pain points
Identify, propose, and lead automation initiatives to streamline credentialing workflows
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time
Continuously evaluate processes, recommend enhancements, and ensure smooth implementation
