Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of sponsored industry events and company-organized B2B events: manage speaker deadlines, logistics, promotional items, audiovisual, supplier contracts, and on-site support (as needed) to ensure professional and consistent brand representation
  • Collaborate with sales and creative teams to deliver event materials (booths, brochures, invitations, videos, etc.) and provide sales teams with tools for a strong presence
  • Manage supplier relationships and procurement, including negotiation and contracting with venues, audiovisual services, caterers, printers, and promotional item suppliers
  • Track and report on event ROI: maintain dashboards and produce post-event reports to gather insights and measure impact
  • Manage brand and content operations, including CMS updates, LinkedIn scheduling, translations, tracking tools, and file organization
  • Set up and maintain AI and project management tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Asana, Monday.com) to optimize workflows and meet deadlines
  • Provide support to various brand operations initiatives with flexibility and a proactive approach in a constantly evolving environment
