Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associate’s degree, certification, or some related college courses preferred
  • 2-4 years of working experience
  • Experience with managing and populating data in SharePoint, Excel, SplashBI, and other business systems highly recommended
  • Good analytical, time management, and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, lift (up to 10 lbs.), bend; hand and wrist dexterity to utilize the computer
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
  • Must be able to travel within the Continental U.S. and internationally when required
  • Qualify as a “U.S. person” under ITAR and EAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident, or protected individual such as a refugee or asylee); some positions require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements

Responsibilities

  • Performs a wide variety of administrative functions required to support end delivery to highly regulated customer-base
  • Acts as liaison between operations, quality, and customers
  • Serves as point-of-contact for assigned customer portfolio and customer interface on pre-contract and active contract activities
  • Assists other Contracts Administrators in ensuring compliance with customer’s terms and conditions
  • Tracks contract authorizations, correspondence, and approvals
  • Submits regulated documentation to military and government offices with strict scrutiny
  • Supports maintenance and retrieval of contract documents/files and validated data, preparation of reports, and participation in status reviews
  • Coordinates all open Sales Orders (SO’s) within ERP System
  • Performs visual inspection of goods and documents to ensure accuracy
  • Manages Integrated Unit packages such as COCs, net inspect, WAWF submissions, and Government Source Inspection (GSI)
  • Other duties as assigned
