Knowledge of the pharmaceutical product development process and CRO involvement is also necessary.
The Site Contract Specialist will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with study sites in accordance with established processes. This includes negotiating investigator grant budgets, contractual terms, and conditions while ensuring compliance with company and client expectations, budgetary guidance, and negotiation parameters. The role involves identifying and assessing legal, financial, and operational risks, providing recommendations for negotiation, and coordinating with internal departments to align site startup activities with contractual timelines to achieve target activation cycles.
