Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience working in a SaaS company or commercial environment, a high aptitude for creative problem-solving, and strong ability to work independently. Prior experience with Salesforce, Conga CLM, quote to cash system (QTC) and CPQ processes is preferred, along with experience negotiating NDAs/Confidentiality Agreements and exposure to software licensing agreements. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.

Responsibilities

The Contract Operations Analyst will coordinate and allocate responses to internal and external partner requests for assistance with customer and partner agreements, manage the lifecycle of various SailPoint templates such as NDAs, Framework Customer Agreements, and SaaS Agreements, respond timely to Request for Proposals submissions, assist with the creation and distribution of Delivery Notices, maintain up-to-date account and contract data in Salesforce and the CLM system, undertake specific project management leadership or support as needed, review redlines for Professional Services and Non-Disclosure Agreements, draft amendments for existing contracts, and file fully executed agreements with attributes identified and linked to customer and partner accounts.
